These Terms of Service govern your use of the APlus Learners platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using APlus Learners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AED. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes, upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
7. Intellectual Property
APlus Learners, its logo, and all related trademarks are our property. The platform software, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APlus Learners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request data export before termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
